01

Renew & refresh

Age Renew Facial

Radiance & the appearance of fine lines

A relaxing facial designed for dull, tired or mature skin. The treatment uses LumiSKN products containing vitamin C and lilac stem-cell ingredients, with a focus on hydration and a brighter-looking complexion.

Your therapist tailors the facial to your skin and goals, combining skincare with time to relax. The aim is refreshed, softer-feeling skin; the extent and duration of visible changes vary.

Advanced Age Renew Facial

Exfoliation & mature skin

Designed for concerns about uneven texture and visible lines, this facial begins with a micro-exfoliating cleanser containing 2% salicylic acid, where appropriate for your skin.

Glycolipids and vitamins E and F feature in the treatment to support a nourished, hydrated feel. Your therapist assesses whether this more active facial is suitable, especially if your skin is sensitive or you use prescription skincare.

Revitalising Eyes Ritual

Care for the delicate eye area

A targeted ritual for the appearance of fine lines, puffiness and tired-looking skin around the eyes. A peptide-complex eye cream is used as part of the treatment.

The focus is on a refreshed, hydrated appearance. Dark circles and puffiness can have different causes, so your therapist will discuss realistic expectations rather than promise an instant lift or lasting correction.

02

Hydrate & brighten

Deep Hydration Facial

Dryness, comfort & replenishment

A nourishing facial for skin that feels dry, dull or flaky. The supplied treatment description includes aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E and lavender essential oil.

Your therapist will check sensitivities and ingredient suitability before treatment. Fragrance and essential oils do not suit everyone, particularly with reactive or compromised skin. Products and treatment choices should be guided by your assessment.

Book Now
Pigmentation Prevent Facial

A personalised brightening approach

A customisable facial for concerns about uneven skin tone, sun-related pigmentation and marks following blemishes. Brightening skincare and hydration are chosen according to your skin’s needs.

Despite its name, this facial does not guarantee prevention or removal of pigmentation. Melasma and persistent dark patches may need medical assessment and a longer-term plan, including sun protection.

Book Now
Brightening Facial

Dullness & uneven-looking tone

A facial focused on a fresher, more luminous appearance, using selected brightening ingredients and techniques alongside nourishing skincare.

Your therapist will discuss concerns such as sun spots and uneven tone and recommend an appropriate approach. An immediate glow is different from a lasting change in pigmentation; results vary and a course may be discussed.

03

Balance & care

Acne Facial

Care for blemish-prone skin

A facial designed around blemish-prone skin, congestion, whiteheads and blackheads. Products and techniques are selected after an assessment of your skin and current routine.

It is not a guaranteed treatment for acne or acne scarring, and active or persistent acne may need medical care. Tell your therapist about any prescription treatments so that unsuitable exfoliation or extraction can be avoided.

Book Now
Pore Refining Facial

Cleansing & smoother-looking texture

A deep-cleansing facial for oily or combination skin, focused on congestion and the appearance of enlarged pores. The supplied treatment includes steam, cleansing actives and balancing botanicals where suitable.

The aim is refreshed, smoother-feeling skin and less visible congestion. Pores cannot be permanently closed, and your therapist will adapt the approach to avoid irritating your skin.

Book Now
Rosacea Facial

A gentle, individually assessed approach

A consultation-led facial option for clients concerned about rosacea or sensitive skin. Suitability depends on your symptoms, triggers and the ingredients and techniques used.

Rosacea is a medical condition: a facial does not cure it or reliably prevent progression. Gentle, fragrance-free care is often important, while heat, friction and exfoliation may aggravate symptoms. Your therapist may recommend postponing treatment or seeking medical advice.

04

Cleanse & refine

Deep Extraction Facial

Targeted care for congestion

Designed for concerns about blackheads and blocked pores. The described treatment starts with a double cleanse, followed by an ultrasonic scrubber and manual extraction using specialist tools where appropriate.

Products containing 2% salicylic acid may be used after assessing suitability. The focus is on congestion and a cleaner, smoother-feeling complexion—not guaranteed scar removal or prevention of future breakouts.

Book Now
Standard Microdermabrasion Facial

Diamond-tip exfoliation

A facial using diamond-tip microdermabrasion to exfoliate the skin’s surface, with the aim of improving the look and feel of dullness and rough texture.

Treatment includes cleansing, professional exfoliation, hydrating products and finishing skincare. Your therapist will assess suitability; temporary redness, sensitivity or swelling can occur, and aftercare matters.

Book Now
Skin Base Luxury Microdermabrasion

Crystal exfoliation & nourishing skincare

A more indulgent facial combining SkinBase crystal microdermabrasion with hydrating skincare. Fine crystals and vacuum action are used to exfoliate the skin’s surface.

The exfoliation is followed by nourishing products, with a focus on refreshed, smoother-feeling skin and a relaxing experience. A course may be recommended, but results and recovery vary; this is not a guarantee of scar removal or collagen renewal.

Facial results · what to expect

A fresh feeling.
An individual result.

You may notice softer-feeling skin or a refreshed appearance after your facial. The response depends on your skin, the products used and the treatment selected.

We will explain what is realistic for your goals. Persistent acne, rosacea, pigmentation or scarring may need a separate clinical assessment rather than a facial alone.

Treatment photography is illustrative and does not show a before-and-after result.

Is there any downtime after a product facial?

Many product facials involve little interruption to your day. Redness or sensitivity may occur, especially after extractions or exfoliation. Follow your therapist’s advice about sun exposure and active skincare; recovery varies by treatment and skin response.

How often should I get a facial?

Our clinic’s guidance suggests every 4–6 weeks for many clients. Your therapist will recommend a schedule based on your skin, treatment choice and goals rather than a fixed routine for everyone.

Are facials suitable for sensitive skin?

Some treatments can be adapted, but suitability is individual. Tell your therapist about allergies, rosacea, eczema, reactions, medicines and current skincare. A facial may need to be modified or postponed if your skin is irritated.

How soon will I see results?

Some clients notice a refreshed feel or glow after a facial. Longer-term changes depend on the treatment and your skin. Facials cannot guarantee improvements in scarring, pigmentation or fine lines, and some concerns need specialist care.
