Ingredients

Myo-inositol, Capsule Shell (Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose), Magnesium Citrate, Bulking Agent (Brown Rice Flour), Avena sativa extract 10:1, Passion Flower (Passiflora sp) Extract 4:1, Rhodiola rosea Root Powder, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root Extract 6:1, Anti-caking Agent (Rice hulls), Vegan Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol).

How to use it 

We always recommend that you speak to your GP before you embark on taking any new supplements. Everyone is different and your GP is best positioned to provide specific guidance for your unique situation and support your overall wellness journey.

Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening.  We recommend using this supplement consistently for 90 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Combining Balance with our other supplements

It is possible to combine taking the recommended daily intake of 4 capsules of Balance with 4 capsules of either the Metabolism or Hair, Skin & Nails, but we recommended not mixing more than two supplements at the same time.

Another option is to combine the recommended 4 capsules of Balance with two Myoplus daily to reach a daily dose of 4000mg of Myo-inositol.

Safety Warning
